Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Arova Style, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and in new condition
  • All original packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories are available
  • The product passes our quality check inspection

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Return request is raised after the allowed period

Return Request Process

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 working days from the delivery date.

While submitting the request, customers must:

  • Mention the reason for return/exchange
  • Upload proper product images
  • Share re-packaging video if possible

Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

Personal dislikes, change of mind, or preference-related reasons may not qualify for return approval after the allowed return period.

Quality Check (QC)

Once the returned product reaches our facility, our team will inspect it carefully.

If the product does not pass QC:

  • The return/refund/exchange request may be rejected
  • The product may be shipped back to the customer
  • Customers will be informed through email or support communication

Refund Policy

Once the return is approved and collected by the courier partner, refund or exchange processing will begin within 48 working hours.

In refund cases:

  • A processing fee of up to 3% may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  • After processing from our side, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account

If refund is still not received:

  • Customers are advised to check bank statement using RRN ID or transaction reference number
  • UPI screenshots or wallet screenshots may not be accepted as proof
  • Customers may be asked to share complete bank statement from purchase date till current date for verification

Exchange Policy

Once an exchange request is approved:

  • Exchange orders are processed along with regular orders
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability

Second-time exchange requests:

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our address
  • Once received, our team will inspect the item and process exchange if approved

In self-shipping cases:

  • Arova Style is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments during transit

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Discount amounts
  • Coupon code benefits
  • Promotional offers
  • Exchange items once processed
